I have arrived in Rome, Ga. for the NAIA National Championship! Just wanted to touchbase with all the NAIA fanz out there that are going to be following the National Championship on College Fanz. The flight was slightly delayed coming out of Omaha yesterday but I arrived in Atlanta by about 7:20 ET last night. After I got the luggage and rental car it was off to the home of the championship.
- Ate Krystals for the first time last night. It was alright. Kinda seems like a White Castle knock off
- Staying just about two blocks from the stadium so I am taking a walk here in a few minutes to get some photos to post on the site.
- Weather looks like there could be a shot at some rain tomorrow, but clear and 45 on Saturday.
- There is a great lil sports bar in main street in Rome called Jefferson's. They honestly have the best deal on crablegs I have ever seen. So I will be eating 4 lbs of crablegs there tonight.

Glad you're enjoying your visit here, Jason. I've lived here in Rome a long time, but I've never been to Jeffersons! You should check out the Harvest Moon - truly great burgers.
We should keep our fingers crossed for Saturday, but I've got this sinking feeling the weather's not going to be a big improvement over last year's.
