I am going to have to go with NO! Duke gets up for this game, but their recruiting has not been that great and a "better coach" is always subjective. Most programs struggle under a new coach, as the entire coaching staff leaves, the players weren't recruited by the new coach and they all have to learn a new scheme of plays. Remember the new coach might bring in a different style, say run & Gun, that the current players were not recruited for and don't fit in. UNC by 10.
