I know it's a real long shot, but if Appy upsets LSU, it could be on like a fat kid in a candy store. The problem is too many of the voters shun the FCS and anything associated with it. If App St was a FBS team, I'm convinced they could go 10-3. Tim Tebow won the Heisman last year on a 9-4 team so I don't want to hear about how good the players team is. It helps if your PR starts during your Sophmore year and if you are on nationaly televises games where the station hypes you up as part of the game for a full week, prior to even touching the ball. The other thing is the "back of the mind" idea of if a player is so good why isn't he playing at a big named school and... what kind of competition did he run up the stats against... LSU opened up an industrial size can of whoop a# on App St. When you schedule games like this there's always the chance that you'll get it handed to you.
