Construction Continues To Progress At Clean Harbors Stadium As New Stands Go Into Place - Construction continues to progress on the new stands at Clean Harbors Stadium, as the steel beams have been put in place for the new seats that will be installed shortly. The Clean Harbors Stadium construction and Clean Harbors Athletic Center renovation projects will provide state-of-the-art facility upgrades that will enhance the overall experience of the entire Massachusetts Maritime community
Three Massachusetts Maritime Hall Of Famers To Be Inducted Into New England Wrestling Hall Of Fame February 21st - Former Buccaneer All-America standouts Leon Dunnam '77 and Mike Tobin '79, along with former Massachusetts Maritime Head Coach Peter Hexter, will be enshrined in the New England Wrestling Hall of Fame in ceremonies that will take place on Sunday, February 21st as part of the 2010 New England Intercollegiate Wrestling Championships on the campus of Western New England College in Springfield, Mass.
Thirteen Buccaneers Earn Spots On 2009-10 New England Football Conference All-Academic Team - Thirteen members of the Massachusetts Maritime football team have been honored for their work in the classroom with selection to the 2009-10 New England Football Conference All-Academic Team. A total of 254 student-athletes from the conference's 16 member institutions are represented on this year's squad, as in order to qualify for All-Academic honors a player must have completed three semesters at the same institution with a cumulative grade point average of 3.00 or better
Condino, Foley Each Notch Three Kills As Volleyball Drops 3-0 Non-League Decision To Newbury - Junior Allison Condino and sophomore Samantha Foley each notched three kills for the Buccaneer volleyball team on Tuesday evening, as Massachusetts Maritime dropped a 3-0 non-league decision to Newbury by game scores of 25-8, 25-12 and 25-14 in a match played at the Clean Harbors Athletic Center
