  • [Volleyball] Knights Fall to DePauw in Five Sets -  
    INDIANAPOLIS - The Marian University women's volleyball team had its second straight five-set thriller as NCAA Division III DePauw University came to the Physical Education Center on Wednesday night. The Tigers pulled out the five-setter, 22-25, 25-21, 9-25, 25-21, 15-12, to open their season with a win and send the Knights to their second straight defeat.

    MISHAWAKA, Ind. - The Marian University men's tennis team opened its 2010 and Mid-Central College Conference season with a 6-3 victory over Bethel College on Tuesday in Mishawaka, Ind. The win was head coach Steve Mackell's first win as head of the program.

    ANGOLA, Ind. - The Marian University women's golf team opened the 2010-11 season over the weekend with a runner-up finish at the 2010 Trine University Fall Invitational at Zollner Golf Course in Angola, Ind. Sophomore Leah Miller earned medalist honors as the Knights carded a tournament-low round of 329, to match Saint Mary's College (Ind.), during the final round.
